Brushless DC motor drives roller spline shaft and holder rotate through the timing belt, then the abrasive sponge will perform the action of spin friction onto the coating surface under applying specified load. After certain cycles, users can check whether the surface exposes any damage. This machine supports test parameters self-define on the PLC touch screen, the test speed is available for adjustment flexibly by tune knob.
